Alto's Adventure is an adventure game where the player skis with Alto. The game explores many elements with straightforward designs. Players can recognize these characteristics and move past different locations. At the same time, the game still attracts players and stimulates their curiosity. Changing the color of the environment or going through many forests adds to the game an element that cannot be ignored. Players can also change their time by passing through many forests. The game revolves around the 2D snowscape. The player must tap and hold the screen to control the character's movement. Alto's Adventure has many levels that come with specific challenges. When you acquire the wingsuit, you can purchase additional flight capabilities that come into play when a specific screen appears. This allows you to soar through the air and stay active by pursuing your interests. Some missions require the use of a wingsuit to be successful. Players enjoy skiing in a beautiful location. Players venture into the snow world with Alto to investigate its many aspects. By quickly understanding the character's control system, they attempt to correctly execute it for a speed boost. Striking the perfect balance between making deliberate mistakes and overcoming deliberate obstacles requires exceptional control skills. You can pick up support items that increase your score or give you flight capabilities. In order to access additional functionality, further coins must be acquired during the game.

Altos Adventure begins with a short story revolving around the character Alto. He is a llamas herder in snowy mountains. Alto spends endless days skiing in search of camels that mysteriously disappeared. Altos Adventure's quests follow a hierarchical system based on their goals. Before taking on a quest, players must complete some of the quest's requirements. These requirements include collecting 300 coins, traveling a minimum distance of 1100 meters and completing 3 backflips. You can collect support items that allow you to collect once the process is complete. This includes power-ups, llamas and other familiar collectibles from Ski Safari. Thanks to these elements, you can perform tricks while flying higher and back flipping over the death pit.

Altos' ongoing quest for camels never ends. Next to basic tasks, the quest system features specific levels set forth specific goals to complete in order to move on. Once these goals are completed, the system requires additional time to fulfille your journey, in the true meaning of an endless-run game. Initially, the distance is 1100m.
