Area F2 is a first-person action game that's openly based on the groundbreaking -- and equally epic -- 'Rainbow Six Siege'. Once again, an anti-terrorist commando is faced with the task of locating and neutralizing threats after parapetting into a compromised area. Each team is fully comprised of fellow soldiers controlled by real-life human players.
Controllers in Area F2 follow suit with the standard in this genre with a crosspad at the left of your screen and action buttons to your right. Use these controls to duck, crawl, deploy spy drones, remotely set off bombs and much more. Plus, you can fully customize your controls with a couple of quick taps on the settings menu.
AdvertisementIf you've ever played 'Rainbow Six Siege', set up for Area F2 is a breeze. Throughout the first few of seconds of play, anti-terrorist officers inspect the area using drones while terrorists lurk setting up traps to thwart their enemies. From there, your anti-terrorist squadron is set out on the path to complete their objective by deactivating the terrorist compound -- by any means necessary.
Area F2 is a fine alternative to 'Rainbow Six Siege' for Android. It's not a far cry from the Ubisoft classic. Plus it has extraordinary visuals, loads of unlockable skins and controllers that were specifically designed for mobile touchscreen gameplay.
