If nothing happens on clicking "Apply" we cant do anything about it
its because of other issues not apps fault :)
 
Working !!! ( How to use PUBG Battlegrounds Graphics Tool) :

1) Open Application
2) Select a desired option
3) Click on Apply
4) Wait for video ad to finish 
5) Desired Changes are made succesfully.. ( Done )
