Theme Installation:
 • Apply it through the theme manager in CM12.
 • Reboot and you're golden.
 • Also, apply 'Material Dark' theme in (Settings> Language & input> Android Keyboard (AOSP) or Google Keyboard> Appearance & Layouts> Theme) to enjoy MaterialUp dark keyboard theme.
