Measure is an app developed by Google that, together with the ARCore app, lets you measure any object in your room with just your Android's camera.

Using Measure is as easy as pointing your device's camera and dragging the vertical or horizontal virtual tape measure at the object you want to measure. Once you have placed a tape measure, you can drag it to measure more precisely. At just the touch of a button, you can take a photograph containing the measurements.

In Measure's settings, you can choose if you want to use Metric or Imperial, i.e. centimeters and meters or feet and inches.
