The audio files and meditations are recorded in a professional recording studio, so the audio is really good quality. So meditations without noise, crazy background noises or unnatural silences as you often hear.

In addition to the instructions in the audio files and meditations, you can at each item also read a brief written summary.

The app keeps track of what you have done; you can check off an item by swiping from right to left.

The meditations and audio instructions conveniently short explanation and are all always and everywhere to use offline. An internet connection is configured (download after once) required!
