Some of the most difficult enemies in Rayman Fiesta Run are the bosses. Additional levels feature these powerful adversaries that pursue Rayman through the level. Although these bosses might not seem frightening at first, they will put up a good fight and foil Rayman's efforts to finish the game successfully. The Pink Teensies are the main objective of most of the map's stages. Players need to free them by gathering Lums and using Blue Punches to repair themselves. There are 5000 Lums for an entry ticket to the map called “Candy World.” This is a side-scrolling shooter that players can use when they gather and reload. When players get bored with regular “Candy World” levels, Nightmare Mode is added to the game. This mode changes the atmosphere and players race through every invaded level to beat it. Players can’t die even once while playing through this mode. Completing this mode grants players a costume and 10000 Lum bonuses; it also expunges any progress they make. They must restart the game once they die and are subsequently reset to the beginning.

Lum is a currency that can be used to buy power ups and new characters. It's initially available for purchase during a level that lets players use it to finish the level easily. Different stages have different power ups that can be purchased from the store once purchased. Power ups come in many shapes and forms. Some are attached to the hero, while others are golden hearts that protect the player from two hits. Power ups can also grant players extra punch power, the ability to fly and gadgets that can help them through harder levels. There's even up to 20 unlockable characters in each level.
