The longer the reaction and the more molecules involved in each iteration, the more points you will receive. You can compete with your friends or take part in the global challenge by sending your results to the leaderboards via Google Play Games Services. You can track your personal progress in a special section, where some statistics are displayed on your best achievements.

Perhaps for someone the game will have a meditative effect (help reduce stress) or it will just allow to somehow pass the time, like a game-timekiller.
