The train has a passenger limit of 100. So you need to drop some off if the capacity gets full. You need to switch tracks and head for another station, drop some off and pick some up. As you progress the levels become more difficult, as you will need to move more passengers a further distance in a shorter time. As the driver/conductor it's your job to decide which stations to head for next and which order they should be done in.
