To move through the narrative, pull the monitor toward the player. In order to fire on enemies, stop the camera in one place and blast away at any nearby enemies. When approaching an area with enemies, a block will appear. Quickly slip through by employing strategic use of cover, and outsmarting any enemies with increased accuracy and access to multiple allies. By clearing the blockade area, you can earn experience points for defeating enemies. You can also pick one of three available skills as your character levels up. There are many NPCs traveling through the area; some will trigger story events and give you skills if you talk to them.

This game takes place 8 years prior to “Charast”. You can see the childhood appearances of characters from the original game as well as additional bonus elements such as the ability to earn extra Charast currency while playing. The game's system and flow are nearly a Roguelike shooter with some added Roguelike aspects such as story events and the acquisition of keys that open doors. This required more complexity in the dungeon compared to the original game and bolstered Roguelike elements such as story events, key possession and more. In the game's initial menu, a high-quality OP movie can be viewed by tapping the icon on the top right corner. The rice paddy stage is a good way to break away from the fantastical yet adorable world of the characters for a moment. However, later dungeons will prove difficult due to enemies having a high hit rate and frequent mistakes in their attacks. I was worried that the game’s balance was impacted by the game’s implementation of micropayments and advertisement videos to obtain 3-star weapons. These powerful weapons are hard to acquire and make pulling Gacha extremely challenging. ———
