They are under the supervision of their lords. There's a lot to understand about the Samurai warrior history. They're one of the highest levels of martial artists with full credentials. Oishi is the protagonist of Samurai 3. He returns to his home one day and discovers that his teammates — including family members — have been destroyed by fire. He also discovers clues indicating the presence of an enemy samurai who has forsaken his homeland to serve another lord. Seeking the truth about the villain behind all the schemes, he appeared well-groomed and equipped with a weapon. Prior to his quest for vengeance, many secrets were revealed in ways that stunned the mind. He traveled to each hostile territory to eliminate each adversary one by one.

Samurai 3's music is truly beautiful and adds to the scene's overall poetic nature. The game uses its rotation and perspective angle effectively as well. Many of the game's scenes take place in natural settings like forests with a full moon or under blossoming cherry trees. At the beginning of the game, the story of Oishi's hate is shown. From there, a map with real scenes from Samurai history is presented. The map can be deconstructed to reveal any secrets the player desires. However, Oishi's hate must be shown first before accessing any areas. Samurai 3's skills follow the historical Samurai standard we’ve all heard about. The character moves quickly, confidently, decisively and doesn’t hesitate when facing any opponent. Oishi in the game uses each skill one after another instead of using two or three at once. This way, his gameplay follows the samurai spirit's rigid principles. He attacks head-on no matter when he chooses to sneak. Disguising himself is a waste of time in this game.

After vanquishing each corrupt group of Samurai, Oishi's prowess grows. Just like in reality, higher-ranking Samurai receive corresponding equipment, weapons and class thanks. Oishi doesn't concern himself with these powerful rewards; he only wants something that will help him hone his fighting skills ever further. Oishi can use up to six flexible skills to increase his chances of winning battles. These skills include Dancing Sword, Half Moon, Raising Win, Thunder Cutting, Peta Falling and Fire Tower. Oishi can also use the legendary sword Tanaka or Wakizashi alongside a smaller sword called Yashagiri. These swords make up the famed Daisho sword set. Oishi collects loot or pockets it to increase his score and use for the exchange of necessary items for the battle such as necessary gear. A yoroi is a heavily armored outfit with shoulder armor and a helmet. Do-Maru is lighter than average and suits infantry soldiers. Metal Kabuto helmets with pyramids on the top are worn by members of a certain clan. Armor that is resistant to gunfire and artillery is derived from Okegawa-do. Oishi promises to eliminate cruel lords and fierce henchmen with his wide range of powers.
